Extra old Spanish Sherry vinegar is aged in an 8-barrel Solera system in 18-year-old maple cured single bourbon casks. Similar in consistency to thick aged balsamic vinegar, BLiS Elixer is more universal and complex because of its unique flavor profile with notes of butterscotch, vanilla and tart chocolate.
